square wave air supply condition

hello,
i need your help to perform a udf for a certain case of flow rate using square wave formula
the flow rate initially is steady at 56 l/s then there is an idle period for 60 sec with lower flow rate 36 l/s then square wave started , then duty rate begin ,and the total periodic time is 480 sec .
and duty rate 81 l/s

please open attached document
i need udf for the drawn cycle to start solve the problem .
