steady particle tracking -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

hwet Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2014 Posts: 375 Rep Power: 13	How does steady particle tracking with unsteady continuous phase even make sense? How can particle equations be solved with a time step size. Also, are the DPM UDF's applicable if the particles are tracked steady? They dont seem to make any effect on particle trajectories and fate. Cheers
