Difference between journal and scheme file

Hi,
Recently I started using journal file for giving multiple runs. As I was searching about journal file writing I come across scheme files. I am unable to find exact difference between them can anyone please tell me what is the major difference between them and if possible please provide me some examples.

Fluent utilizes the scheme (a programming language) syntax to do everything. A journal file is just a bunch of scheme commands that Fluent then executes.

There's actually very little difference between a journal file and a scheme source file. You can think of it as a difference between a programming script and a source file. The difference is the context and the intended purpose of the journal/source file.
