creating UDF for vibrating membrane in synthetic jet

hello everyone,
I am new to the UDF part and i want to know that how can i generate vibrating(2d and 3d) motion for diphragm in ansys fluent.
I have tried reading some of the tutorials regarding mesh motion but i am not able to apply it to my problem.

I'm working same project. But i cant learn Udf event. If you learn it, please share to me. And send your email for share data. I can send my file.
