Hi all,
I've attempted to find the solution to my problem using searching this forum and the ansys documentation but so far have had no luck, I've probably just missed it somewhere, but thought I'd ask. I'm currently modelling several nose geometries for a missile to examine the boundary layer properties in Fluent for a university project. This is modeled as a simple ellipse on infinite cylinder. The problem is axisymmetric so this is a 2D analysis. The simulation runs well and the boundary layer seems to be modeled quite nicely. Now for my issue. I'm trying to model the pressure gradient over the nose cone section to determine flow separation (I know it does separate on some of the geometries from velocity vector plots). I'd like to plot this on a chart. Is there a way to do this either in Fluent or in CFD-Post? I'm using Ansys 13 Workbench for this simulation. Regards -Leaping |
