Default Set a Source/Sink Term into a approriate cell

i want to set a source/sink term into a approriate cell. Such as, i have 5 cells and i want to set a source/sink term qsc =-150 STB/D into the fourth cell.
i must define macros or what should i do?
Could you please give me some suggestions? Thanks.
