fluent problem on combustion

friends... i am doing simulation of "combustion of methane air in diverging micro channel" but I am not getting appropriate result. Even I am not getting flame. sometime I am facing floating problem and non positive volume problem...so pls help me that how can I solve this problem..by using fluent. and also tell me that what boundary condition i must use and use of model to solve it....is this problem relate to laminar or turbulent.??
