Hi,

I want to do an LES of a bend pipe flow. For the inlet condition I want to use the result of an LES of a straight pipe (as to have a fully-developed inlet b.c.).
The inlet b.c. will have to vary with time (in to mimick its turbulence behavior).

I see two problems arising:
1) how to store the outlet profiles during several time steps (say, 100) of the straight pipe simulation
2) how to use/read the profiles during the time steps as transient boundary condition?

From the manual I learn that transient b.c. can only be applied to uniformly distributed variables, but my flow field is non-uniform.

Can anybody help me tackle this problem?

Thanks!
