Fluent tutorial 20 gives a short abstract.

But in basic steps:

1.Graphics and Animations:

Options Scene and Views in order to set up the basics of your animation

Options where it should be regarded (window 1,2,...)
Scene and view to define the view (front etc.)

After this:

2. Calculation Activities:

First you have to initialize the simulation, after this you can (Greate/Edite) the solution Animation.
Set up the window you want and define the contour. Give it a storage direction and define that it should be upgraded every x. time steps.

- If you did every correct there should be a monitor that is upgraded every x time step while you're simulating

- You can read and play your animation with the graphic and Animation scene animation playback (f. e.)
