Hello,

I am running a simulation concerning a 2D adiabatic compression with the in-cylinder option.
My simulation is running, my mesh is moving as I wish;
The result concerning the velocity and the pressure are logical (see pictures). However the answer concerning pressure and temperature are false.
In fact the temperature and the density stay constant during all the simulation, just as if there were no compression.
I have chosen these parameters:
- Piston as rigid solid
- The two deforming walls (wall on the top and the down) as deforming
- The end of the piston as stationary
To take into account the temperature evolution of my fluid (air), I have activated the option energy equation. The piston and all the wall are adiabatics (I have chosen heat transfert=0)

Velocity and size at t=o : size 14mm, constant velocity =0, see attached picture

I have found the solution.

The density of my fluid was not taken as a ideal fluid
