Hi, my name is Lucas and Im learing how to use fluent. My teacher gave to us a mesh and all the step-by-step to solve the problem, but when i calculate, appear that error:

Error: Divergence detected in AMG solver: x-momentum
Error Object: #f

I read another posts about it, but i didnt solve it yet. I dont know where i find "under relaxation factor" to reduce (one solution that a saw).

So, could someone help me and explain step-by-step to solve this problem?

Thanks

My problem is 2D, transient, axisymmetric. I have to analyze the oil cooling process along the tube. I have the temperatures in each wall of the tube and all proprieties of the oil. I have to simulate 10 hours, so i put my time step 100 and number of time steps 360, to get 36000 seconds (10 hours). So, I put all this parameters on Fluent, but appear that error said above. Which parameters I have to change to solve this problem and run the program correctly?

Sorry about my bad explanation
