Huge file sizes when Running VOF simulation

Hi guys,
I am running a simulation of a settling tank. I got it working the other day, but my problem is that it is taking most of my hdd storage space. I have attached a pic of my current calculation setup. Time steps are really small because of the courant number, so I don't think that can be changed. I need to run this simulation for atleast 50 minutes (transient simulation). Mesh is as coarse as it can be without affecting too much the simulation min size .01 m. It is a 2d simulation of a settling tank with 3m X 0.9m dimensions.
Is there something I can do to make the simulation take less hdd storage? and possible making the simulation faster?
