I'm trying to simulate the flows of a turbofan with various inlets (the core, bypass & ambient)

When i set the inlets as a velocity-inlet, the case is able to run, however when i set it as a pressure far-field inlet, i get the following error;

999999: mpt_read: error: read failed trying to read 8 bytes: No such file or directory
MPI Application rank 0 exited before MPI_Finalize() with status -1073741819

I'm at my wits' end, I hope someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance.
