Dear All,
Do you have tutorial of ultrasound/acoustic applied to the nozzle ? Now, I have water jet eject out of the nozzle. But I have to study the effect of Ultrasound/ acoustic which is applied into the different positions of nozzle. Thank you in advance Last edited by YANNAPOL; October 9, 2014 at 05:27. |

As I know there are no tutorials.
I simulated in the past ultrasonic baths and horns; basically I think you can choose between two approaches: 1- set a sinusoidal pressure profile at bc 2- move the wall to create the pressure wave Take care that if you want to study cavitation with us, current models implemented in fluent are not very good for us frequencies >20 kHz, as the dynamic did not consider the inertial term of the Rayleigh equation. |
