Error with writing buffered file

Hello
i m having this problem. It does not happen when i run simulation first time but when i re-run it it occours. The mesh is still less big than sometimes i run, so it should not be running out of memory. I also have enough space on hardrive (13gb, my simulation takes no more than 9Gb and it has its space reserved)

Error is:
Error at Node 0: Buffered write, in function allocate_mem_buffers: unable to alloc memory (247268616 bytes) for mem_buffer->mem_buf.

And then error writing " FFF_Setup_output.cas.gz"
MPI Application rank 0 exited before MPI_Finalize() with status 2
Error object: (rp-var-value "dmp/unsteady-tracking?)
