I am PhD student & working on scale up of fermentation process. I am new learner of Ansys fluent. For initial learning I want to run a 2D case of Single reference frame problem. In this i am facing certain problems. I created geometry in DM of ansys with outer circle as tank & inner impeller ( Plus sign geometry with two cross rectangles). I have done meshing. I the solution method i am facing the problem of from where to show the velocity inlet & pressure outlet. i have created named selection outer wall for tank & impeller as a impeller wall.
Please help me out. i have stuck here for long time & not getting any online information to move forward.

Hi,
Your problem it's not clear for me,
Post some photos of your domains if it's possible...

Dear sir,
For initial learning purpose I tried to set up the simple case of impeller movement in circular tank. Following are the image of geometry & meshing of the same.

My problem is how I can set the inlet & outlet boundary conditions,
As well as hot to set moving reference frame condition & stationary wall condition.

keep in mind in SRF method you won't have any stationary wall, the solver considers all walls as rotary wall, so if you want to set some walls stationary such as tank wall, you have to divide your domain to two domains and use multi reference frame method.

In cell zone condition it showing one fluid region. I have set that to moving reference frame. Is it right?
My another question is how can I give inlet velocity & outlet pressure condition in the boundary condition case? Sorry for asking these silly questions but I am confused at this stage

yes, I think so,
where is your inlet and outlet?
Here you have only "Tank wall" and "impeller wall",
Is there any other wall!!!?

there is no other wall. may be i am not correct but for boundary conditions we must edit zones. In this case my tank is filled with water then what are the boundary conditions must be mentioned to run the case?

If you want to simulate a closed tank which is full of the fluid, you wont need any additional boundary condition, only set rotation and do a simple simulation.
