hello everyone, can any body help me. input value for species in initialization dialog box as in attached figure refer to what parameter? this is because, my mixture in closed vessel did not start to propagate the flame.

hello everyone. my problem is to start the ignition of the methane air mixture in cylindrical closed vessel. I already try to patch high temperature at the small sphere surface at centre. however, the mixture combustion still not ignite. I using species transport model. anybody can help me to solve this problem? some time the flame start start at the cylinder wall.

As I see you introduce a homogeneous mixture in the domain of ch4, o2, co2, h2o and n2. The sum of initial values of that components must result equal to 1. So I suppose the fisrt capture you send is wrong.
