Hello,
I have been dealing with the air flow in a narrow duct comprised of two thin long plates that have a particular temperature. Id like to observe the heat transfer rate between air and plate. I have good mesh at walls ( 0.2<y+<2) and utilized sst model. The thing I could not understand is although I set the inlet velocity 5,4 m/s in the boundary conditions tab, when postprocessing I see a region which has a velocity of 6.08 m/s or velocity bigger than 5,4 (you can see in the attached picture) Id like to see your comments on that. is it possible ? Note: I initialized as all-zones |
