Dear all,
I'm trying to write a journal script which runs from the last case and data file to be written from a previous transient run. The saved case/data files are appended with the number of the timestep in the usual manner, and the most recent transferred to a new directory from which fluent is run. The problem is, I don't know what timestep the most recent file is, so when I use the TUI command "read-case-data" in the journal file, I can't specify the exact filename, and fluent can't find the file. Is there some way in which I can specify a wildcard such as "read-case *.cas" or "read-case input*", in order to read the most recent case and data files, and run fluent from there? For context, this is in a chain of PBS scheduled jobs. Many thanks in advance for your help. |
