Hi
I've got a problem with my shock tube simulation. I want to define in two zones (high pressure, low pressure) different gases. In one case the high pressure zone defined with helium and in low pressure zone with nitrogen. But if I do that, the result is incorrect and totally confuse. If I define all zones with same gases, the simulation works fine. Density-Based and transient Solver are used. Furthermore the simulation is inviscid and with ideal gas. Hope someone can help. Regards, Ambalo |

Did you manage to figure out the correct way to do this? I'm having this same problem right now. Best regards, Edward |
