In a paper, outlet boundary condition is defined as below;
Is it one of the outlet boundary conditions defined in Fluent or do I have to write UDF? I am familiar with defining variables -like velocity- by using UDF but I am not sure how to define first derivatives of variables. |

That's an outflow boundary condition.
