Dear everyone,
I recently calculated the laminar flame of H2/O2 and the detailed chemical mechanism was used (21 steps). The mesh size is 0.1 mm, the time step is 1e-8s and the courant number is 2. At the very beginning, the residual curve is very nice. It can decrease by two orders in every time step after 5 iterations. However, after a while, with the propagation of the flame front, "temperature limited to 1e0" occurs and then "pressure limited to 1e0" also occurs. Obviously the pressure decrease is caused by the temperature decrease. But I don't know why such error would occur and how can I corrct it? The contours of mesh, pressure and temperature when this error occurs are attached here. Please help me! Thank you very much! problem.jpg mesh.jpg temperature.jpg pressure.jpg |
