Hello ,
I am a beginner in using Fluent. I am working on modeling to parallel plates which is counter rotating at some RPM. Below is the link to the paper which I want to use it as reference. http://papers.sae.org/2003-01-0320/ At each differential speed between the plates, I am measuring the torque generated at the other side. I am using this torque as the main parameter to justify whether the solution is converged or not. Different turbulent models produces different results of the torques. Any suggestion on the turbulence models and solver settings would be helpful to me to complete the thesis. |
