ICEM mesh generation for a cylinder with a hole on the cylindrical surface as BC

Hi,
I'm having a problem meshing a cylinder with a hole on the cylindrical surface using ICEM structured mesh generation. The quality of the structured mesh is not good. Do you guys have any idea on improving this? Thanks. The ICEM project files are attached.
