NIST real gas model problem

Hi all fluenters
when i want to enable model real gas with this command :
"/define/user-defined/real-gas-models>nist-real-gas-model

this error appear:

i have the same problem.my os is windows10 .fluent17.2。But when i uesd fluent16.1 in windows7 ，no problem。maybe fluent17.2 Not compatible with windows10.

I have the same problem.my os is windows10 .fluent18.2
