Difference between density and density ALL

See title. I didn't find this anywhere and I'm a bit confused what "all" means?
If I'm asking about the density of the fluid what could there be missing if I do not want all??!? |

Hi, not sure if this is too late, I too was wondering what this means, and found this on Google...
