Define UDS Profile

Hi, I'm doing some diffusion calculations using UDS, but I've had some problems and I wonder if someone could help me.

By solving the diffusion equation, on these surface must be a certain value for a scalar (concentration). I would like to define some kind of profile that contains this value of the scalar (concentration) on the zone that can be seen in the picture, because later, I'll need this values to calculate de concentration on an adjacent perpendicular surface, by implementing equations in UDFs.

If someone knows how to create this concentration profile or another method, it would be of great help for me.
