solid property and wall insulation

Hi all,

I'am trying to simulate an industrial furnace using Fluent 15.

Coils are carbone steel. How can i set coil property (solid)?
also two side wall insulated with refractory. I set heat flux=0 but i had to selet solid for these walls. How can i select solid for insulated wall?
