Hi there !

I've got a question .. I have a inlet profile for a turbine blade, (by experimental result) , now ... I have to use pressure inlet boundary (rightnow I've put the velocity profile and run simulation for a while .. then i write the PRESSURE profile and change the boundary to pressure inlet ... )

Now the question is .. if I want know which pressure profile without using this "tricks" ?? consider that the velocity at the inlet surface is 20 ~ 40 m/s

how can i calculate it ?

Thanks in advance

It's not a trick. In general that is the way you have to solve it. You have a domain and you want to impose some boundary conditions. The variables that you do not explicitly declare you must solve for.

Alternatively you can start to make some assumptions about the problem, but this is just a way of turning off the physics.
