Default Using a .fluent file in Windows 7

rolding is on a distinguished road
In what directory should the .fluent file be placed under Windows 7 so that it can be found by Fluent? I've tried many including C:\, fluent working directory, My Documents, and fluent root directory.

The .fluent should be in the folder %userprofile%
