Default melting/solidification of composite pcm

hello every one,

I am modelling a melting and solidification problem for a composite PCM.
my equation is that,

how can I tell Fluent the PCM is a composite PCM not a pure one.

Am I need to select a species model or VOF model with the melting/solidification model ?
