Looking for software - Old version Icepak, 4.1? (5-10 yrs old)

Does anyone have an old copy of icepak they would like to sell? I'd like to aquire an old copy with full permissions. I'm not sure all the rules that Ansys has in place to sell/transfer old versions of the software. New software licenses cost about $50K. I'd like to pay much less. Ideally ~$10K for a version 4.1
