How to Calculate the flow heat transfer temperature in a tube if heat flux is given ?

Hi.
I want to know that if i give the heat flux directly for the tube walls ( I will design only the tube walls and no tubes will be present ), will i be able to find the flow heat transfer temperature for that tube ? |
