When using a species transport model with species (gaseous) defined as mass fractions, is it possible to change this definition to density of species ie concentration defined as kg/m^3.

Also it is possible to view this unit in post processing?

Yes. you just need to multiply it by the Density of your main solvent (1000 kg/m3 for water for example) This has to be done in post-processing.
