Default modeling a hollow cylinder using sectored section for heat conduction in 2D case

Dear All,

I am trying to model a hollow cylinder for simple heat conduction using a sectored model in 2D condition. Outer and inner surface at fixed temperature

Can you guys give me the what can be the necessary boundary conditions??
