Sai Krishna is on a distinguished road
i have some doubts regrading conjugate analysis.
i am trying to simulate an experiment, in which outside temperature is measured because of the hot gas flow in the simple C&D nozzle.

i am taking an axi-symmetric case of the nozzle and used icem cfd for meshing the model, with solid and fluid domains for the fluid and thickness of the nozzle.

i have also tried using the one sided wall and giving thickness to the wall in fluent boundary conditions.

its a transient analysis, the materials are air and aluminium and with the available inputs i am giving mass flow inlet, and the pressure outlet (exhaust to atmosphere.)
but none of them are giving results matching with experiment results. i am not getting where i am getting wrong.

help will be greatly appreciated.

thank you.
