When a turbulent model, for example k-w, is used, a turbulent portion is incorporated into the pressure. When the Fluent presents the pressure results on the inside of a flow, does the software remove the modified part or is this result incorporated into the final pressure presented?

As far as I am aware, it is incorporated into the pressure and not removed. So that what you see is not the true thermodynamic pressure. I base this on the fact that the contribution from the turbulent kinetic energy doesn't appear in the governing equation when you look in the manual. But keep in mind this contribution is proportional to turbulent intensity squared.
