Hi.
I made a blade mesh in Turbogrid and then directly linked it to fluent.
It has 3 cell zones, Inlet, blade passage and outlet.
It works fine but there's a problem in the domain interfaces ( i.e. interface between inlet & blade passage.. and interface between blade passage & outlet)

It's one-sided face. not two-sided to create an interface. and even this one-sided face can only be an interior or a wall. (Screenshot is attached)

it's a transient simulation, so I think defining a mixing plane will not work either.

so how can i define these interfaces?

How many cell zones do you have? You probably have only 1.
