So, i have been trying to get accurate results for the cl and cd of airfoils for weeks now and i havent been able to find anything wrong. Someone hinted me towards "non-dimensionalization" and told me i have to make sure everything is defined. I thought everything is defined but then realized i had been using surfaces of solidworks to make my airfoils in 2d. Solidworks surfaces have no thickness. Now does that give ansys errors because there is a possibly ambiguous z dimension?
