1/4 Quadrants not meshing properly?

Just a heads up I'm still fairly new to all this. I'm working on a mesh for a Clark Y airfoil, however there is always one quadrant that never meshes properly. I've redone everything from the beginning several times to try and figure out the problem but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.
I've attached a pic for reference. I used biased meshing for the edges and a face meshing for the 4 quadrants. |
