Hii, i am doing FSI analysis of bearing. I got pressure values from CFD analysis & imported these pressures into structural analysis to get deformation. but i am facing problem with direction of imported load (CFD results) on the bearing. It is showing upward but i want imported load should acting downward on the bearing. Dont know how to change the direction of imported values
Kindly help Last edited by harishkamat100; December 26, 2018 at 22:51. |

Not sure what you mean. Pressure is a scalar, it doesn't have a direction. You cannot flip a pressure from acting upward to acting downward, it acts in all directions. Maybe you are not talking about pressure

@LuckyTran,
Sorry. i mean direction of velocity vector in CFD. Can i change that in FSI. In CFD, it is downward but when i import these results to Structural, direction is showing upward & due to this deformation is happening in upward direction. I want to change the deformation to happen in downward direction |
