hi all,
I have a question about under what situations a model can be simplified into two dimensional case. if I have a cylindrical channel reactor with catalyst on the wall, I can surely make the computation domain two-dimensional and select asymmetric in the general panel of fluent. if I have a two opposite big plane with catalyst coated on the wall, I can make this computation domain two-dimensional and select planar in the general panel of fluent. however, if I have a square channel with catalyst coated on the four walls. I can never simplify this geometry into two-dimensional, can I ? weiqiang |
