Good morning everyone,
I'm working on a two-dimensional model in Fluent, in particular the domain of the sea with genarate waves by wave maker and a REWEC (Absorber with oscillating column operation OWC having a hole at the top where a turbine will be inserted) a the end of the domain, however the waves are reflected on the wave maker in fact the wave height continues to grow during the simulation, you know how I can fix it? Setup VOF Boundary conditions: Wave maker: wall with dynamic mesh REWEC: wall Outlet turbine: Pressure outlet Air: Pressure Outlet UDF dynamic mesh: #include "udf.h" DEFINE_CG_MOTION(wave, dt, vel, omega, time, dtime) { vel[0]=0.0799564943*2.775744221*cos(2.775744221*time); } Attached the images of the domain (domain) and the free surface (pelo1) in correspondence of a probe near the wave maker. |
