Hi, I am trying to analyse a silencer for a rifel for my bachelor thesis, my problem is to simulate a moving bullet inside the silencer.

Do you mean flow due to the motion of the bullet? You can using moving mesh in Fluent to make the bullet move; it can have both rotation and translation.
