Hello all,
I have a single inlet/outlet simulation where I would like to monitor the pressure in cross-sections along the length of the tube. In fluent, I would like to build a series of monitor planes like this: ![]() However. If I define with a point and normal, the plane crosses the domain like this: ![]() I want cross-sections. So I tried the bounded 3-point plane method, but that often fails, or results in a partial cross-section like this: ![]() Doing this manually for 50+ slices is not feasible, and I have lots of meshes to do this on. Is there a better way of monitoring pressure along cross sections of a pipe? Can I just use points instead or will this give inaccurate results? Thank you. |
