In the fluent 19.0， I find when I do the transient flow simulation， when the time ste

In the fluent 19.0， I find when I do the transient flow simulation， when the time stepping method is fixed， I find the time step size is still changing, what is the reason? Secind, what is the function of solid time step ? Could anyone tell me how to use it ,thank you.
