I get the following error after reading a case file (with UDF), and then try to replace mesh:

MPI Application rank 0 exited before MPI_Finalize() with status -1073740940
The fl process could not be started

Any ideas what the cause may be?

I am using Fluent 2019 R3 , serial

Thanks in advance!

Had the same issue with the same version of Ansys.

Instead of replace mesh, I tried replace zone and thinks seem to work
