Inconsistent turbulent intensity values

I am trying to simulate internal flow through a converging nozzle. However, I am getting inconsistent turbulent intensity values, as they seem to start from 0% at the wall and increase after that. I believe the expected behaviour is the opposite. I have attached an image of the shape of the nozzle, along with the turbulent intensity graph for your reference. Any ideas?
