Patch-conforming mesh failure

I'm doing an internal flow analysis of a micro-channel cooler. It has a wall thickness of 0.01 mm, heat flux from under and everytime I try to mesh it I get the error "Patch-conforming tetrahedron mesh failed because of an edge intersection in the boundary mesh". I couldn't find the intersecting section.
Is there a way to solve this without defining the thickness ? I've searched far and wide, tried drawing the geometry again, diminished element size but couldn't get the mesher to work. Can somebody point me to the way of solving this? Thanks in advance and for your time. |

Does it have to do anything with curvature and proximity settings ? Wondering !!
