Hii,

In my UDF file I have defined an inlet velocity profile where the maximum velocity = 0.8.

I am doing a system coupling simulation (transient structural + fluid fluent). The simulation is done, but now I want to verify my boundary conditions.

In the results tab from Fluent, I plotted the XY-velocity profile. However, the maximum here is not 0.8 [m/s] (see image).

Code:
 F_PROFILE(f, thread, position) =para_vel*sin(3*Pi *current_time);
In the code para_vel equals 0.8

I added the figure that I have in CDF-post. Furthermore, what is the difference between 'Series 1 for FFF', 'Series 1 for FFF 1 0000.dat', and 'Series 1 for FFF 1 0005.dat'. I thought that 0000.dat would give me the initial situation, but from what I can see it shows just a flat velocity profile. I have never worked with Ansys before, and I couldn't find the answer on the internet.

Hope that someone can help
